Once the documents have been received by the principal investigator, the Technical Secretariat shall have fifteen days to either approve the project or decline to assess it.

Favorable decisions will be put in writing.

In case of rejection, the Secretariat will contact the principal investigator so that he or she may make the appropriate modifications.

Once the document has been presented to the corresponding authority (the regional government of Madrid), the authority shall have forty days to reply. Should this forty-day period elapse, it will be understood that the document has been approved provided a favorable decision has been handed down by the authorized body.
