The scientific ability of IIS-FJD research personnel to carry out the proposed objectives is highlighted in the analysis of scientific production, based on the publications and journals featuring original articles. The impact factor of these journals is a useful measure that provides information on the scientific quality of the researchers of a given institution.
The total number of publications during 2023 was 930, 915 excluding corrections. Of the 915: 896 indexed in PubMed; 856 with impact index, of which 448 (52.34%) are in 1st quartile journals (Q1) and 163 (19.04%) in 1st decile journals (D1).
The cumulative impact index was 7100.6 and the average impact index reached a value of 8.30.
