  • Contract management may be initiated at any time, whether it is a clinical drug trial, clinical research with a healthcare product or an observational drug study, regardless of whether it is approved or under evaluation.
  • In the event that, for any circumstance attributable to the Sponsor, the processing of the contract is paralysed or cancelled before it is signed and the management process has been initiated, a compensatory amount will be charged for the work done up to that moment, depending on each type of study.
